Your data, my terms and who is responsible
Everything legal about this site and my sessions, in one place: what I do with your data, how to ask me to change or delete it, the booking terms and who is behind this site.
1. Personal data policy
This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015). The Spanish version is the official one; you can download it as a PDF.
Who is responsible for your data

What data I collect
- When you write to me from this site (Contact, «Tell me about your project» or WhatsApp): your name, phone or email, the kind of session, the date you have in mind and what you tell me about your idea.
- When you subscribe to offers: your name, email and, if you give it, your WhatsApp.
- When you are a client: what the contract, invoice and delivery need (name, ID, phone, email) and your photographs.
- From companies and brands: the contact details they publish themselves (website or social media), to offer them my services.
What I use it for
- Answering your questions and preparing your quote.
- Booking your session, preparing the contract and invoice, and delivering your photos.
- Sending you offers and news, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Asking for a review or how it went, after delivery.
- Meeting accounting and tax rules.
I do not sell or lend your data to anyone.
Your authorization
I use your data with your authorization: the box you tick in the site forms, the one you accept when you subscribe or the one in the contract. I keep the date and the text you authorized. Photographs also have their own image release, signed by each person photographed.
Sensitive data and minors
Your image and what appears in an intimate session (boudoir, lingerie or artistic nude) are handled in full confidence: they are not published or shared without your written authorization. Giving me sensitive data is never mandatory. I do not photograph minors without the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
Who else processes it
I use services from other companies that store data for me and may keep it outside Colombia:
- Cloudflare: hosts this site, the client portal and the photos I deliver through the portal.
- Google: email (Gmail), calendar and Google Drive for some deliveries.
- Meta: WhatsApp and Instagram, when we talk there.
How long I keep it
As long as I need it for what you asked for, or as long as a rule requires me to keep it (for example, invoices). Your session photos stay in the client portal for 30 days after delivery and are then deleted from there: download them in time. If you ask me to delete your data, I delete it except what the law requires me to keep.
How I protect it
I keep it on my own computer and backups, with access only for me. The client portal uses a password and an encrypted connection.
Changes to this policy
If something important changes, I publish it here with the date and a new version number.
2. How to see, correct or delete your data
You have the right to know what data I have about you, correct or update it, ask for proof of your authorization, know how I use it, withdraw your authorization and ask me to delete it (when no law requires me to keep it), and complain to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). Asking is free.
Write to me on WhatsApp or by email. The message is already written; just add your name and your phone or email:
- Questions are answered within ten (10) business days.
- Claims (correct, update or delete) within fifteen (15) business days.
- If you ask not to receive more messages, you go on my «do not contact» list and I won't write to you with offers again.
3. Session terms
This is a summary. The contract we sign for each session has the details and prevails.
| Booking | With a 50% deposit of the package price, at least 3 days before the date. The deposit is non-refundable. |
| Balance | Paid when the final photos are delivered. |
| Date change | Once at no cost if you let me know more than 48 hours before, subject to my availability. With less notice, if you don't show up or need another change, the deposit must be paid again to rebook. |
| If you cancel | You lose the deposit. |
| If I cancel | Due to illness or force majeure I offer you a new date at no cost. If it doesn't work for you, I refund the full deposit. |
| Delivery | You choose your photos and receive the final retouched high-resolution files within 8 to 15 business days. |
| Extra photos | After your selection you can add photos: 1 for COP 25,000, 5 for COP 100,000 or 10 for COP 180,000. |
| RAW files | Not delivered. I deliver the final retouched photos. |
| Client portal | Your photos stay there for 30 days after delivery and are then deleted. Download them and keep a copy. |
| Not included | Makeup, hair, studio or location, unless the package says so. They are quoted separately. |

Nothing is sold directly on this site today: sessions are booked by WhatsApp or email and paid by bank transfer.
6. Copyright and image use
I am the author of the photographs on this site (Colombian Law 23 of 1982), and they are published with the consent of the people portrayed. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced or distributed, in whole or in part, without my written permission. If you appear in a photo on this site and want it removed, write to me and I will take it down.
Your photos are yours for personal use. I only use them in my portfolio, social media or advertising if you authorize it in your session contract.
